Why I Built Wealthy Leadership
I didn’t build Wealthy Leadership from theory. I built it through pressure, leadership, responsibility, and real-life lessons.
Over the years, I’ve led in demanding environments, built through difficult seasons, and learned firsthand that people do not just need more information. They need clarity. They need guidance. They need accountability. They need leadership.
I realized that so many people feel stuck financially, overwhelmed by life, or unsure of what God is calling them to build next. At the same time, many aspiring leaders have the heart to serve, but they lack the confidence, mentorship, and structure to step fully into that calling.
That is why I created Wealthy Leadership.
This is a movement to help people steward their resources well, grow in leadership, and make a lasting Kingdom impact through wisdom, service, and integrity.

The Wealthy Leader path is for people who want to grow in leadership, coaching, and Kingdom influence — and who may want to be part of spreading this mission. Many people find they want both. Your application helps us understand which path is the right fit for this season.
How does the application process work?
You fill out a short application so we can better understand where you are, what you are looking for, and whether Wealthy Leadership is the right fit. After you apply, we will review your application and follow up with the recommended next step, which may be a phone call, a Zoom conversation, or additional information. There is no pressure and no obligation.
What happens after I apply?
We review every application personally. You will hear back from us within 1-2 business days with a clear next step. Whether that is a discovery call or additional information, we will make sure the process is straightforward and respectful of your time.
Do you work with people who have debt or financial struggles?
Absolutely. Many of the people we work with are in the middle of a difficult financial season, that is exactly where real coaching makes the biggest difference. You do not need to have everything figured out before applying. You just need to be ready to get clear, take action, and build a better path forward.
